Optional Medications Prescribed (as required) by C4MH Physicians:<\/strong><\/h3>

Estrogen Blockers:<\/strong>
will only be prescribed when a C4MH physicians has reviewed clinical and laboratory findings and those findings support a prescription. Not all patients require an estrogen blocker.<\/p>

Viagra & Cialis:
<\/strong>will be prescribed only after the initial physician consultation has been completed and only if the physician deems it proper.<\/p>

Approximately 4 times\u00a0 a year C4MH staff will test you (in house) for Hematocrit (Ht)
& Hemoglobin (Hb) blood levels at a cost of <\/strong>$7<\/strong><\/span>.<\/strong>

This is a simple finger prick blood test. <\/strong><\/p>

Follow up Lab and physician review\/consult charges<\/strong>
Standard follow up labs: <\/strong>$90<\/strong><\/span>

Standard follow up labs done at 12 weeks and every 6 to 12<\/em> months thereafter <\/strong>
or as prescribed by physician to maintain proper care.<\/strong>

Any additional medications as medically needed will be prescribed by the physician as a generic
